Follow the photos from arrivals to the pickup zone, then meet the driver for your confirmed booking.

Prebooked airport taxis meet beside P1

For a confirmed airport pickup with our fleet, meet at the Prebooked Taxi Pick-up Zone beside Car Park 1 (P1), rather than the general taxi stand outside arrivals. Collect your luggage before following the signs, and stay in contact with your driver.

Walking to the P1 pick-up point

Arriving passengers: from the arrivals hall, simply follow the 'Car Park 1' signs.

After luggage, follow the overhead 'Car Park 1' signs.

Walk along the corridor toward Car Park 1 — signs guide the way.

Enter through the glass doors marked 'Prebooked Taxi Pick-up Zone'.

Follow the on-site signs down to the prebooked taxi zone, then confirm your meeting point with the driver.

How to find your driver

Collect your luggage and follow signs to the prebooked taxi zone beside P1.

Use your confirmed booking’s WhatsApp conversation to share your location, with a photo if needed.

Wait for the driver to confirm the meeting point, vehicle plate and colour.

Check the plate and trip details before boarding at the designated pickup point.

Tips

· Provide your flight number; if times change, contact the fleet to confirm pickup arrangements.
· Confirm the free-waiting start, flight-delay handling and any charges when booking, and keep the conversation.
